At first I thought this was a Cuban lizard in camo, then I thought a female Basilisk, but now I'm not sure. Any one know? The blur is from the fence I was shooting through.

Not sure, but I think this is a hybrid Cormorant (cross between Double Crested and Neotropic). It doesn't have the full white V.

Thanks, Marilynne, I am doing better getting used to the newest meds is slow but it is working. Going to the capital today with a friend to get some flower shots and show them some things to do to get out of auto with my old camera. That should be fun.
