How are you getting such great shots? I have it on a D7200 and unless it is in very high sunlight I have to crank the iso up high to get any decent shutter speed at all. I am getting ready to throw mine away and you guys make it look so good. I have got some good shots but not alot.

Here is one from my D7200 and Sigma 150-600C. You can see it works on the D7200. Maybe you need to post one of your shots so we can try and help you out.

Maybe you have a bad copy. I am very happy with this lens on my D7100.
It *does* need bright light for a good shutter speed. f6.3 or more needs a lot of light!

I think light is the problem. The few times that there is something worth photographing it is usually dark and overcast. We get a lot of dark days up here in Canada. I like to shoot wildlife, but they won't pose for me in the right sunny spots... haha

so your shots are kinda like this, not so sunny california, dull and gray skies, far away and cropped, but hey we never get to see a Tundra Swan so i gotta catch it.
