Thanks, but I am not much of an artist. I have only done one painting, I can't draw, and have had to devlope my "through-the-viewfinder eye, which is still a work in progress. Some of the kind of artsy pp that I have done was to make a less than perfect image work. However, I do like artsy images, and I am trying to improve my ability to see what will make a good one. Nikonites has been a big influence. I am amazed at the images I see here, and am just trying to get better.

2 years ago I couldn't photograph my way out of a wet paper bag.

I guess Rob has a bad monitor. I sent the same image to my Dad, and he didn't know what it was either. I guess it may be too dark for some people. I dunno. I thought it might be a little dark, but I did shoot it mostly in a dark kitchen so I could get the spark (or whatever that is called).
I reprocessed it, and I am about to add it to the thread.

I like the crop, but I liked the mystery of the original image.

This monitor here at work has those horizontal tracers shooting off to the right from any dark area on a white background. Not much fun, but I guess it doesn't interfere with my work, so.....

The cheapest Fender acoustic on the market, but set-up professionally and easy to play.
I am not much of a guitar player. Need some lessons to keep me on track.

If Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and John Prine can make a living singing... just saying... @Roy1961 that was my Son's first concert. I won tickets... It was a great show. 4 guitars doing Free Bird was pretty amazing.
