Gee Danno, I think you need a white balance correction. Your seem to have a purple cast in the first pic.
The second one has some wild lens distortion.

Took the advice you gave @Blacktop. Stayed on the porch today. To cold for sweet tea but I did get one shot.

You may be right. I hope they are not dust spots in the second shot... I think they might be a bear to remove... :D

No getting out for photos today. Took this off the porch before Church. Right Knee is a mess today. Doctor bound in the morning.

Had x-ray of the knee, thy and pelvis. Still have not gotten the results. Could be a break; seems lots of people walk around on a broken pelvis for weeks. The other option could be a bone bruise or crack, but if the x-ray is not definitive I will need an MRI. I am praying that it is a bone bruise. But no results yet. They gave me something for the pain and I had to take it, but I hate pain pills.

Until then My photo efforts are a bit curtailed. Whining over... Jersey was having some fun. It was a good day.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving day. I got a few shots of the family, but this is my Mom. She just turned 81 this month. She fights every attempt I make to take a photo. I still struggle with portraits... But I surprised Mom today and I just like this one.

what about buying one of the "bean bag cushions" that hang over your car window @Danno you could drive around with that 200-500 sitting out the window snapping away?

That would be good Roy... the last couple weeks I have not been able to drive, but things are getting better. I hope to be behind the wheel this week and get out some. The been bag is a good idea. I need to look at that. That is a good idea and gun shops have those things kind of handy.

I will tell you I do get a bit annoyed with my loss of independence. But this too will pass.

@Danno , i tried a make-shift bean bag tonight, (kids blanket) lol, for some slow night exposures of xmas lights, see my thread, work ok as a stop gap.
