Better covered?

If your battery cover fell off, it must be broken. You can buy replacement ones. I did for my D800 and while it doesn't feel like the same plastic, it works great and visibly matches. And the one I bought was cheap and a 3 pack. I think it was from Amazon

What I was hoping for was a Neck and Neck Chet and Mark :)

Some of you own BOTH -- please put d750 and d7200 close to each upside down and explain.
Looks like d750, due to it is bigger, might not be soo fragile to this problem of mine?

Pulling up photos from B&H's web site, it looks like they open in different directions. Sorry I can't be of help to you. I keep the Easy Covers over my Nikon bodies. The silicone wraps around the bottoms slightly--I've never had a problem, but I can't say for sure whether the Easy Cover prevents it from happening.

Like I said ... Grip it up, there is no disadvantages!

1, Better weight - makes it more stable
2, Portrait shutter release - make it a lot more comfortable
3, 2nd battery - longer life WIN !!
4, Battery drawer wont keep getting lost :D

If you do, don't bother with 1st party. I think mine is Vello or Mieke and it matches the body visually and does whatever any other grip does. Af button, directional pad and shutter button.

Meike is a stubborn beast at eBay. There are gazillions of seller mainly based in China who wants to sell one at approx 40 bks

I dont know, its as big as it can be, adding a grip will not be practical for mountainers like me, the backpack is clumsy and heavy already, and I do have to carry it for 14 hrs.

I got mine from Amazon. I think my grips (d750 and d800) were about $40-50 each. 2 day shipping with Amazon prime

I have one on my D7100 and also on my D600 I would not be without them! The size and weight gain is negligible, if you are using a photography bag it will swallow up that little extra girth no problem :)

Both of mine are Mieke ones I believe again I brought them from Amazon, I wouldn't pay the ridiculous amounts that Nikon want for a real one !

Or if it really is an issue you need to go guerrilla style and stick some duct tape to the bottom of your camera ...

As ya might know, I have issues with my d7200 -- it fell off!!

Now, I see that d750 is different, bigger. Will it fall off?

As I am starting fresh I might want to get your daily experience with them battery covers, I might have done somthing wrong from day 1 ?

When you take the battery out to charge it, close the battery cover. Don't put the camera down with the cover open. You may forget it's open when you pick it up and break the cover off.

Lets try this first, I have ordered a yellow one, to easier find my camera in them misty mountains.

Well...since you decided to try the Easy Cover, you picked one that can't be missed! ;) All of mine are black. It will help protect the outside of the camera from getting scratched up. I even use screen protectors on the backs of my bodies without any problems. Good luck with it.
