D750 Shutter Issue/Recall

Are you using an older lens that has an aperture ring? If so, you need to set the lens to the smallest aperture and use the camera body's wheel to make any aperture changes. Otherwise, the err will show up.

I agree with this. I had the same problem and turning it off/on would solve it usually but eventually it would come back. After sending it in to Nikon, never happened again.
