Saw that a D800 was listed in the Marketplace today in the traditional method of forums like this - simple post with photos. Does that mean we can post away or are we still awaiting new software?
So, is the new marketplace open for business?

I just tried it. It's still Panjo, but it no longer charges you any Panjo fee's.
There is a glitch however. When I tried to do a test upload, it's telling me that I needed a 150 characters.

Panjo is tied to the Marketplace here. I've sold things through the Marketplace/Panjo here before. I would much rather sell to Nikonites members than to anyone else, unless I was in a bind and needed cash fast.

The only time I ever looked at the Market Place was when someone posted here in the forum... and then I only saw about 3 or 4 items in the Photography Category from Panjo, and a couple hundred from eBay... I never could figure out what Panjo's connection is with eBay...

It's sort of unfortunate because I'm paying a yearly membership so I can sell in another forum even though I don't participate in it nearly as much as here, which isn't that much any more. I understand wanting to protect the forum and the buyer/seller, but sometimes it's not worth the effort.
Didn't you get that Tokina 100mm macro recently, or have you had it a while? I know, you are longing for a D500....

Yea, just recently. Not really using that much. It was ok for a few weeks, now I hardly touch it.
