It says it was 7:45 Eastern time, not sure when the cut off was.....

@Smoke, Ok I was able to check things on the computer and you took the photo in the time frame (before 8 pm EDT), but missed the submission time by 58 minutes. Eastern Daylight time cutoff for taking and submitting the photo was 8:00 pm EDT which is 0000 UTC.
