Monitors not balancing correctly

I have the Spyder4Pro that I have been using for a while now and getting great results always with my dual matched monitors.

Recently I wiped my computer and installed Windows 10 Fresh. (It has been on Windows 10 since it came out so nothing new)

The computer works a lot better now. Faster with more pep in its step.

The problem is that the color sucks now. Really bad. Even manually trying to balance the color using the monitor controls it looks bad. Using the Spyder4Pro it is equally as bad. VERY YELLOW and darker than normal.

I am wondering if the video card is not new enough to handle Windows 10 and before it was under a legacy type situation and since I deleted everything it is just not up to that task. And yes, I did update the video driver. The card is the standard built in one so not really great to begin with.

Any ideas? Any suggestions? Do you think a new Adobe CC compatible Video card would make a difference?

Does seem odd that it was working OK before, you have said the graphics card drivers are up to date, I know my card also has its own software,

before you look into buying s new one, might be worth checking the makers site of the graphics card, to see if they have any software for the card.

If you look in the control panel, system, device manager, it should tell you the make of card you have.

Perhaps not relevant but i will mention it any way just in case,i like to use windows picture viewer when going through a folder to find the image to post, since getting windows 10 the images viewed in it have been way off sharp, sometime in the last few days presumably an update they have become sharp, the down side is the colors have gone muddy and dull,i dont think this change can be any thing to do with your issue because the colors are correct in all other programs.

Have you tried removing the colour profiles?
Have you reset the monitors settings?

I would think that doing those two things and then running the spyder software again should work.

Have you ensured that you have the manufacturers GPU drivers installed? (I don't know if the generic ones affect this).

Yes, I removed all profiles and did the factory reset on the monitors. I thought about this after I went to bed so I have not checked the computer makers site,HP, to download the driver for the original software for that model. On my list for when I get home from shooting. Right now I am just using the one stay are in Windows.

I have a degree in computer technology and my last job was as a TV Engineer. But this one has me stumped. Heading out in a few minutes to buy a new video card. In researching this I found that HP does not have a driver for this model for Windows 10. There is a Windows 10 driver but many times vendors like HP tend to modify things to suit them. I am thinking when I did the standard upgrade the video driver went into compatibility mode but when I did a dump and totally fresh install the driver was not compatible. I have been wanting a upgraded video card that Adobe can use the GPU so this is a good chance to do that
