I normally wouldn't have taken this shot but there's a cute story to go along with it.
A young couple walking hand in hand in front me stopped. He pointed to this.
Then he told his girlfriend they must release wild animals in the wetlands through this cage. She rewarded his comment with a kiss, so I didn't have the heart to tell them it's used to control water.
I thought this was a Yellow Rumped Warbler when I was shooting it, but Merlin shows it as a female/juvenile American Redstart. I'm sure some one will be able to confirm this - Kevin, Stosh, wev. If it is, it's a first for me.
