Terrific portrait shots, Marcel, and all the other ones, of course. The tree was a maple.

If you ever get a chance to get to Chambly, Marcel....would you do me a favour and get a shot of the old Fort Chambly, or any part of the surrounding area? I'm feeling homesick.

Day 123, May 2nd

Car is in for service, stuck at home, raining outside… I'll do a pic of my screensaver

I'm pretty sure there is some kind of illness involved here. He didn't say a single word the whole time I was there.

I believe that gentleman is recovering from a stroke. If you look VERY closely you will see that the muscles on the right side

of his face, eye, neck and shoulder seem to be completely relaxed.

He seems to be handling it very well.

But I could be wrong!

Two macro shots today. I used my white "interfit" reflector and for the second shot I did use it as a background. I kind of like the feel of these 2 shots.

This is the kind of weather I had to drive with all day today

Day 126, May 5th

This lady has done such a great job to encourage young musicians in the Sherbrooke area. She has almost single handed a music competition for over 10 or 12 years. There were over 300 participants this year.
She deserves much more than she gets for her efforts.
