I hope you guys don't mind, but I'm going to post a bunch more images here tonight. I had my first full day with the Nikon 200-500mm lens and did a lot of bird shots many different ways to see, how this lens performs with different settings and such.

LOL. Thanks wev (BTW, why don't I know your first name?). I doubt that they'll get any better. I only have a few shots left with the D750, and then I'll put up some shots done with the D7100.
I think you're outgrowing that D5300 IMO.

I have been thinking about the D500, but I need a relative to die or win the lottery. The odds are better on the former, so I am banking on that and biding my time. . .
