Not every image has to be an award winner, and I like the moon with clouds. Many times I wished I had a long lens to shoot cool moon images.

If your ready to quit then you should,if it hits me as time to quit i will,at the moment its something i can focus on a bit with out appearing to not be supportive towards my wife,just cant get into going through the forum at the moment though i think she would not be too happy with me.

Have you ordered that lens yet,looking forward to hearing about the special features,shoot round corners,cut through the fog filter,cant wait to hear about the extras your copy has.

I'm not sure yet. I just heard that the eye tracker switch is a bit flimsy.

Sometimes incorporating what is around the Moon into the Moon shot can be interesting as well. For instance, the Moon peaking through in between some tree branches.
Taking a shot through the window from a dark room where the Moonlight might illuminate parts of the window curtains or even some of the room.

All kinds of cool ways to take Moon shots without a telephoto lens. Looking at the same craters close up gets boring fast.

25/366 Well i thought i was out,got a call early yesterday morning to go to motherinlaws,got the paramedics out,then the ambulance spent the rest of the day at the hospital,did what i never thought i would do,took pictures on my phone::what::,this is a two shot of the hospital car park stitched,couldn't be bothered when we got home so its taken on the right day but posted the next.

Daffodils,Snowdrops and Crocus all came out in January this year,50mph winds and heavy cloud so had to find a hidden one and use flash.

Another week and these will look good,got Nancy off work now she woke up with a abscess in her gum,been to the doctor's and he gave her some pills the size you would give to a horse and said they will sort her abscess but most likely make her poorly so she had to be signed off for 7 days at least.She is 62 and never been signed off work before so its not a good day today,her daughter is a government auditor and works away from home most days that just leaves her to visit her mother in hospital,just need to win the lottery now and have the problem of what to do with 100 million pounds
