With the exception of a lightning storm, nothing gets me more excited than fog in the winter. The most mundane of things can become incredibly beautiful in the fog and fresh snow.

You are right. He has that look.
I have a nephew who has a face like that. He is a married man with a kid of his own, and he still gets that look.

I like your sign twirler as well. There is dude I pass by all the time that does that. He plays his sign like a metal guitarist, and he has hair down to his waist. He is out there in deathly heat and cold and yet plays on, swinging that hair. I have been wanting to get some shots of him, but there isn't a safe place to set-up on that corner. It is right near a highway entrance. Too busy.

I shot with my 300 mm so I was no where near him. Although your situation does sound more difficult.

Ya, I would have to set-up underneath an overpass, and I don't have a zoom that large.
I need to put my camera in the car and try to catch him at a red-light. That would work if I get it timed just right.
