Red Tailed Hawk? The tail is definitely red, but I don't see the white neck.

Ok, Merlin app says Red Tailed Hawk (light morph adult).

This Osprey was hunting and dove in to the water twice. Why do they always dive where you can't see them?? Anyway, you can see some of the water drops on its feathers.

It was successful on the third dive and as usual, flew over to show me its catch. Check out the fish's mouth.
