Great shots Ted! I think the locomotives are ex-Canadian National, built in the '50s. If they still have their original engines intact, they must sound wonderful, turbochargers and all. This particular engine (Alco 251) found its way into a lot of marine applications as well. Thanks for posting. Ohio is blessed with a lot of neat rail activity.
Sadly, Fostoria's F Tower closed on 03/30/2015. Manned towers are becoming
very rare in the U.S., as computer technology takes charge. Here's a low rez scan I took of F Tower in 09/1997.
