Re: Scott's Australian Walkabout

Thanks, I am going through old photos that I have not edited. And updating my Flickr, soon I will be deleting alot of average images from there.

I thought you were feeling better and went on a photo shoot. Well, I hope you are feeling better and be able to get back to shooting real soon.

I will be getting out pretty soon, during our dry season we get no clouds just clear blue skies with a dry wind not ideal for photography. Might shoot out for a sunset one if I can find something interesting or continue going through old photos :)

I'm with you . I would much rather shoot in a crappy cloudy rainy windy shitty day as opposed to a clear sunny hazy hot boring day.

Star gazing, I could have light painted my car but didn't want to :)

Also it is pretty freaky sitting in the bush with no phone reception and you can hear branches and twigs breaking around you, then you hear the sound of baby crocodiles and alot of splashing (territorial I think). I stayed until just after midnight but then called it.

I wonder if they make a mount for the car window.
You could roll the windows down some, attach the mount to the window, then the cam to the mount. Now you can sit in the car taking long exposure shots without having to worry about things eating you!

Sorry using mobile phone to connect to internet while I wait for real internet to be connected.

Here is a photo of a sunset that I experienced the other day.
