The 24-120/f4 is back on my D7100 as I'm hoping to get a little touristy shooting in this weekend. I'll probably take the 10-24mm with me as well, even though she's not getting a whole lot of use lately.

So I went outside with the 300 on the tc-14b just to see what metering etc. would be, started chatting with a neighbor when I heard the turbines. Hand held at f/4.5 gonna use the tripod today.

I'm holding out to see what the 200-500 F5.6 is like Mike... I share lenses with my Step son & his D5500, so the f5.6 will benefit him more with focussing at the long end.

I've put the 18-140mm Nikkor I got from Blacktop on it to try out! I just haven't checked it out much yet!

Tamron 70-200mm f2.8.
Bought brand new in box with all accessories on eBay for half the cost that my local shop sells it for...and free shipping from Japan.
Shots seemed a tad "soft" straight out the box, but after having the focus calibrated, it's tack sharp.
Obviously, a step down from the Nikon $2700 version as autofocus lags a little sometimes, but still very happy with my purchase...it's a great lens at a great price.
