I love Superia 400, it's my favorite 400 speed color film. I wish our CVS carried it but alas, all they have is Kodak's - though I should probably be happy they carry anything at all.
In case you don't know, Velvia 100 is a completely different beast than Velvia 50. It's much less colorful.

So here are some b&w Ilford 3200, F4s, Nikkor 180mm f/2.8
and some color--Velvia 50, N90s, Nikkor 70-210mm, 28-80mm
Only had 2 bleecch shots that were me accidentally leaving the vertical shutter release on , duh! The scan was done by Blue Moon in Portland, OR using a coolscan 8500 Nikon scanner.But it's not like looking at the slides. Wow.Every roll is a learning experience.
Uh oh the medium format is biting! Hahahahaha.

Here are some film scans taken with a Topcon Uni I got at the PX in 1967. Some street scenes in Nhatrang Vietnam. Probably my first Photowalk just learning how to use the camera!

In my fantasy during the early 70's I wanted to photograph a wedding that way in infrared and the wife thought I was crazy. So if you remember the early 70's you would know what I mean. Now I am that age. I still shoot with both film and digital. Although my daughter wanted to know if I was going to set up a darkroom but I said no. When she was nine years old she worked in the dark room on the wet side and knew how to use the timer. All she wanted for payment was paper, her toys (dolls and such) would lay them on the paper and hit the enlarger light and run them through the wet side. Yes I was right beside her and did let both kids have a little "free range" time but always within sight. She is a graphic artist at a college in Buffalo and I upgraded her old D70 with one of my D7000's plus the kit lens and a Flash. She was using the schools Canon Rebel which she liked but was more familiar with the Nikon system. Here are both kids playing in the late 70's slide film souped in the kitchen.

This is JCH 400 which goes into the near infrared and tops out at 750nm. Used R72, O56, and R25 filters for different results. These were taken with a Nikon FM10, Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 Ai and a wing and a prayer! I find trying to take a photo of that which I can't see to be fascinating. What ya' see is not what you get. Anyway I'm diggin' it. enjoy !
