Just opened the front door and there was the infamous "Attempted Delivery" post-it. No knock, no nothing. I spotted the truck around the corner and caught up with the driver (not our regular). He said "I just left it with your neighbor and figured they'd tell you." No signature or anything. At any rate, I final got the box in hand:

I tell you what. This new phone I got, takes some really nice pictures. As long as you're outside. I just took a few shots a couple of hours ago, and after doing the Lightroom/ PS Nik Tools treatment on them, they came out pretty darn fine.

Actually it is pinkish. I bought this house 8 years ago and this must have been the little girls playroom. I just hate painting!

I'm wanting to finish out some attic space to make a music room/photo studio. I'm just afraid the drums would get me kicked out of the neighborhood based on noise complaints.

A pleasant surprise is the Samyang being able to communicate with the Nikon. It's only manual focus but the indicators on the Nikon can still show if we focus short or far. Aperture also seems to work for us.

You know, there are these people out there in your area called Painters, who will actually fix that for you !!! or you could hire some College Kid for on break now or over the Summer...

Put some white primer over the Pink and then paint it Yellow and then emblazon it with a Nikon Logo !!!!

Well I picked up another Nikon 1 V1 camera so now my beloved wife and I both have one! Later I think I might upgrade to either a Nikon 1 V2 or a V3, depending on the costs when I have some money available after I get some lenses paid off! :)

Anyway I got lucky and got it pretty cheap at $180.00 plus shipping and it came with a pro-grip! My beloved an I will share the lenses we already have for first V1! :)

I think this Christmas is turning out to be an awesome one! :)
