Notes to self:

1. When shooting landscapes, don't try to take an "all of a sudden" BIF shot, w/o changing settings.
2. When shooting BIF, remember 300mm or a fake 450mm is just not much.
3. Set up another body with two Tamzookas, taped end to end for "all of a sudden" BIF or action" shots.
4. "...Man's got to know his limitations." Then walk away...

Invalid attachment Carroll.

Thanks, Marilynne...obviously, I did not know my limitations with uploading images. LOL

I beamed attachment 125639 up to the Mother Ship...I think. So, you will probably have to look at my original post to see the image...possibly.

Hopefully the original post now shows the image I intended. Maybe.

Car came around the corner as I moved in the middle of the road, so I didn't have time to unzoom

When the Tamzooka is too close (about ten feet away) and no way to back up. Also posted in Collages 101 thread

Many of the "almosts" are actually not bad...

Mine is a REAL almost... been trying to catch a bird in flight with the Tamron and have not had great luck..

Well, this looks like it could have been it... good exposure, clear detail and focus.. BUT......

I failed to catch all of the bird!!!!! :) (I do like the feather details)

It's tough to get BIF with the Tamzooka Pat, but you'll get it real soon. I have trouble finding them, but found if I track at 150, I can usually keep up with them and zoom in on them. Keep plugging away.
