Thanks. I guess practice makes perfect. I invest more time each insect I shoot and only pick those that fit a good composition of a specific environment. Then it's just trying to capture that perfect moment. It often takes some shots since the buggers don't sit still.

If the background is so-so, I no longer shoot unless it's to test something.

Here's the original 100% of that shot. As you see, it suffered some. If the shot is worth it, you can fix quite some. It's not about trying to fix everything but about doing enough to trick the viewer into thinking it is quite ok.

Tried to get a good shot on the fellow for some weeks. He ain't easy to find and too shiny when the sun's too low. Today I got lucky.
