I know i can be a pervert but i read bare women walking dog and got exited,guess you learn when its safe to take pictures of bears

I AM NURSING A BUM LEG SO I SHOT THIS FROM MY CAR USING A 400MM LENS. THEY DID CLOSE THE PARK FOR A TIME, PEOPLE WHERE TAKING PICTURES WITH THEIR CELL PHONE.

It is I can understand it being a bit out of focus if handheld then.
i shot it hand held. I was scouting for a shot, i hope to get back and shoot it again. "is" is that the same as vr in nikon country?
