Well can't hang around tonight.
Cause i have a early start to work tomorrow.
Like getting up at 3:00 am.
To get early start on the bay area traffic in morning.
I'll check back tomorrow to see any replies.

Well first off there are two updates available... One is the "C" update, the other is the Lens Distortion Correction update.

The Firmware C update downloads a compressed file you need to first unzip. A new folder will be created and you then move the resulting .bin file in that folder onto your SD card. From there you do a firmware update from the camera menu like you would any other.

The Lens Distortion update downloads a compressed file as well that also needs to be unzipped. The resulting .exe file needs to be run on your computer and will also generate a new folder with a .bin file inside it. This .bin file will need to be copied to the SD card like before and you do another a firmware update from the camera menu.

I hope that helps.

Wow ... I completely missed the second step after getting the Firmware C update loaded. Thanks for pointing that out HF!
