Firewood

I was cutting some wood for the stove at my grandparents' house and I took that picture. It's not something special, but I think it's good as a wallpaper. Any second thoughts? firewood1.jpg

Its way too heavy to stick to the monitor and you can't see through it. I'd use it for the fireplace.

But if you DO use it for wallpaper, I'd like a picture of it. :p

Are you ready for this --- :) <rimshot>

You can have it show as wallpaper when you "log on" </rimshot>

Seriously now. It is a good shot but the composition /cropping has me wondering how it seems to be hanging from thin air. It would be better in my opinion if there was part of the wood pile below it in the picture so it tells the rest of the story.

Firewood warms you a least three times 1. When you cut it in the forest 2. When you block and stack it at home 3. When you put it in the fireplace or stove.
