Wait until you buy a motorcycle! All those fancy bikes you see come from the factory stripped of all that bling. I just did my taxes and I spent over $9,300 on items for my new bike I bought in the latter part of the Summer of 2013.

After years of riding, I do not spend near that on bling... in fact very little... I do spend on safety (lighting), comfort (I ride long distance) and carrying capacity.
My wife has a Spyder and really likes it!

My friend has a Spyder and loves it! Much eaier to ride than the trike he had because its not "shoulder driven"

It was a stripped down new bike that I wanted to customize myself. Spent $4500 just on the paint. I am hoping the blinging is done now that riding season is almost here!

This was my 2010 ZX-10r that I sold a year ago to find our move to NY. I spent around $3000 in aftermarket parts (exhaust, levers, rearsets, power commander with all accessories, custom tune) and another $1000 in new gear to replace the old gear I was tired of wearing.

I used to spend more time on that bike than my with my wife. She was happy to see it go... That is until I bought a camera; and when I sold it she was happy to see that go...

Should I tell her that I spent some tax money on a D7100?!
