Got a chance to shoot at a night high school football game. Nothing like giving it a hard workout to start with. EXIF is on each photo. High ISO but I was very pleased with the results

The video is really cool. I like seeing the pictures of the area. Now I want a Photo Drone.

I have been looking at a Quad Copter too. The GoPro cameras they are mounting on these things really do a good job. What is so funny is that they transmit the video back to the ground and then it is recorded on the guys iPhone. He had live video for the entire flight.

It's What's For Supper

Don’s Fiesta Chicken Rotini


Serves 4 to 6 people


Ingredients:



  • 2 cups dry measure - Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini (cooked)
  • 1 can -Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn, 11 oz
  • 1 1/2 cups - Pace Chunky Salsa (Your choice: Hot, Medium or mild)
  • 1 -Bell pepper
  • 4 - Baby portabella mushrooms
  • 1 lb -Leftover broiled chicken or turkey. (or substitute “Refrigerated Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast” from the meat section at the grocery store.
  • Shredded Fiesta cheese to taste

Directions:


  1. Precook bell pepper by cutting top off and placing in a pot of water deep enough to cover pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes in slightly boiling water. Then cut into small pieces.
  2. Cook Rotini according to directions on box. Adjust amount according to how many you are cooking for.
  3. Stir fry peppers, mushrooms until tender.
  4. Add chicken and Southwestern Style Corn to stir fry.
  5. Cook while stirring long enough to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Add cooked Rotini
  7. Add enough Salsa to just coat the Rotini
  8. Spread Fiesta cheese (to taste) on top and stir in to slightly melt and serve.
