Turning her egg
I had to look at this one a few times before I figured it out.
Thanks for looking Mike. Remember, don't over do it. Your sight is precious.
When on the boardwalk, sometimes you don't get the best view and since I'm short, this was the best angle I could get. I was surprised she only had one egg.

We have a small area the locals call "the swamp" that I like to take pictures at and I have posted some but I'm jealous of having places like this to go to. Well that and having it year round.

I'm lucky to live in an area with a couple of man made wetland areas and the Everglades and the ocean close by. Thanks for stopping and taking a look at my photos.

I'm curious......what lens are you using for these photo's? No storks or pelicans around here but the Herons we do have don't care for anyone getting too close to them.
These were taken with the Nikkor 55-300m f/4.5-5.6G ED VR using the 1.3x crop in the D7100.
