Nice, Alan. If you could only selectively polarize the water surface on top of the leaf without doing so to the rest of the shot.

Thanks Pat. I appreciate the kind feedback. Don't tell anyone (I like for people to think I know what I'm doing with a camera) but between you and me this is what the Pup looked like before I performed some computer reconstructive surgery on it.

A little fall color. Those are American Coots, also back after being gone all summer. They will stick around only if the lake does no freeze over.

alan, i visited your flickr photos. Loved the geese landing in the field. Brought back many memories from past goose hunts, but now easier to enjoy in a nice warm room.

Thanks Ron. Those were taken in Hershey this spring. We are right on there flight path north and have them around for about 4 weeks depending on the weather.

Fall migration is here. Saw about a dozen Green Winged Teals on the lake today. They have also been absent since spring.
