Does ISO, Shutter Speed, etc. affect video?

I feel like with this camera, it doesn't affect it at all? I tried some tests but couldn't really find a noticeable difference. I know for aperture, you have to set it before changing it to LV for it to change, but does the shutter speed and ISO actually affect the image?

Absolutely. Try taking a video of cars or so at 1/640 or 1/1000 during the day and see how your the video comes out during playback.

For ISO, indoor shooting, in Manual mode, use 1/60, f5.6 and ISO 100 and compare it with ISO 1000 and see if you can't see any difference.

hmm I'll try it. I'd assume I have to set it before going into LV mode.

Which mode are you shooting in...

Now does changing shutter speed actually affect video like it's supposed to? Like if I shot at 1/30 it'd look visually slower than shooting at 1/60?
