I would almost bet you could find almost everything you need for free online IF you have the discipline to follow through. Also have you looked at the local colleges / technical schools in your area to see what they offer?

The City of Wichita offers several photography classes several times a year. It's about $40 for 4, weekly, 2-hour sessions. It's presented by a local professional photographer and you're working with other local hobbyists. It's a great way to stay motivated.

I enrolled in a photography/photoshop class at a local community college for the summer session. Should be fun.

exactly what TDk said. get books, buy videos if you need but on the web, you can find anything you need. shame to waste money. id invest my money in better equipment.
I'd do my research before making any payments. I took an local photography class some years back, only to find that the course material was far too basic. Thankfully the teacher was astute and determined that most of the students were well past what she had in mind. She quickly shifted gears, notched it up a level and made an otherwise dull class one that I still recall as very worthwhile.

I am past what the course I am taking does also but I have known the instructor for 10 years and he knows what I can do. In fact he is allowing me to assist with the students in the basics. To me that teaches me as much as it teaches me. Also just the discipline of following through with an assignment and pushing it past what is expected is a challenge. I am pretty self motivated but since I retired I need some sort of activity. The last time I retired I went back and got a degree in computer programing even though I was already writing and selling programs. It was just something to do.
