Agression are often a cover for anxiety, with dogs. A lot of dogs dont do well with huge portions of dogs in 1 spot, so dont be sad, be happy that he got you and that you know, that place isn't a place for him.

I agree with you here... In Jingles case, he has lots of anxiety with us leaving at all!! :) Wants to be with us all the time! It is funny because he is calmer at the vets and groomers, they always say he behaves well. (His is not in HIS territory and also does not need to watch and protect us!)

He has never been around large groups of dogs ... I almost think if someone else took him, he may behave better.. :)

Thank you for your insights, it is appreciated!

I think he would just like to stay with you, its so sweet how dogs just love their family - and also I think that if he moved, he would be the same in 4 months time. My dogs behave like crazy monsters sometimes too, lol. Thats how I can tell them apart from cats ;)

Oh yeah, and dog language are so fascinating. Like this picture, even though the little guy are showing all of his teeth, looking pretty dangerous, he is sending friendly signals as popping the white out of his eyes and leaning both his body and his head away from the other dog. Amazing.

The other dog are placing his weight on his backpart body, also a friendly signal.

The microwave was working. It was working just fine. Then it wasn't. I couldn't get it to work at all. So, I had to buy a new microwave if I was ever going to eat popcorn again. When I brought the new microwave home, I cut up the box for Bill to play in. Everything worked out great.

Later that night, I found a multi-meter and a screw driver in Bill's bed. A light bulb went off in my head. It was as simple as pie.....

Bill had no box.
Refrigerator is too big.
Stove is too big.
Microwave is just right.
Microwave works fine.
While I'm asleep, the microwave takes a dump.
Buy a new microwave.
Bill gets a box.

She's getting too darn smart.

She's real smart! How did she handle the trip? Guess she had a lot of time to plot getting a new box.

I'd like to say the trip went fine, but I can't. There's always an argument when it's her turn to drive. If she's not complaining about it being too dark, then the mountain roads are too scary. It's not fair and I told her. She couldn't care less about how I feel..... we're seeing a counselor.

Ahhh! This is one of my favorite subjects! Loving seeing everyone's furbabies. Here are a couple shots of my four-legged kids...

Our first Aussie, Denali, as she celebrates her 5th Barkday.

Spur, on his first Barkday, waiting for CAKE!

<-- Hmmm... sometimes I see this shot fine, and sometimes it looks dis-proportioned/squat. If it's as wide as the shot of Denali (above) then it's out of proportion. If it's narrower than Denali's shot, then it's correct.

I do not know how Snuggles could see, we could not see his eyes...
Typical Shih Tzu cut leaves longer bangs but we have them clipped back
as they grow so fast.
