Last one...an interview and not music...very very poignant IMO - you can almost see tears coming to the admiral's eyes at point in the video but he catches himself...this video reminds me personally to always accept what my sons are going to do with themselves whether I like it or not because I sure don't want to lose them to the wind...enjoy because this one is damn good...

I start my day with a blessed, nice cup of hot coffee. Trying to start a day without it would be nigh impossible.
