I don't bring a camera while I'm fishing. Too close to the water and too much to carry.
I feel like I'm getting redundant with my subject matter and Cleveland is like a fresh canvas. So much real architecture and age. When I come back to Florida, I'll start all over again.
Maybe it's just me, but.....that bird seems to "get lost" amongst the foliage that it's walking on. I find it hard to look at with all those colors in the shot. I was thinking.....what if you converted it to a black and white shot? What do you think?
I like the 3rd B&W best. I think the problem with these is that the background is so busy that the bird gets lost anyway, especially since it has such spindly legs. What about cropping either the color or B&W versions? That may get rid of a lot of the background business. Just my perspective.

That storm in the background was a spectacular wind and lightning show about 2 hours after the photos.
