I watched this one last night. It's a little advanced in that it assumes you are used to moving through the various plugins and know how they all work. But it does give you a good feel for how to encorporate them in your workflow, and it gave me a tip I'd not heard before. Briefly, if you look at the Nik control window in Photoshop it lists the plugins in a specific order, and that order is meant to serve as the recommended work flow, obviously omitting those that don't apply to the photo you're working on...

It's also the first tutorial where I learned that you can copy and paste control points between filters in Color Efex Pro. Worth the watch, though as I said it may be a little too advanced to new users.
