I have the older version of that lens and love it. I've taken a lot of close-up and macro shots with that lens. I definitely need to think outside my lens comfort zone and use some other lenses sometimes. :)

This is getting expensive! Honor Role gets him a Movie, High Honor role gets him Dinner at his favorite restaurant and a movie (luckily he has not discovered fine dining yet :)). Two marking periods in a row!

End of my 365. Work and other pressures consuming too much of my time. I'll pick this up again when I retire in 15 years, 8 months, 2 days, 12 hours and 26.5 minutes (but who's counting :))

I understand very well Rick. I'm almost there too. Seems life has other plans for me than just taking pictures.

My today's shot is not done yet and it's getting quite cold outside, plus it's already dark… I'm thinking...

Rick, understand... I am about 15 months away and then I am heading south to GA!

Same with me rick. I get home late any have to think of what to shoot. I want my picture to say wow when people see it. With my photography moving forward I don't have time for a pic everyday. With that I didn't even t.ake a picture yesterday
