When you have a new or nearly new camera, be it Nikon, Olympus, Canon, ect, sometimes it is nice to have a manual other than the manufacturers manual.
As most of you know, there are many camera guides out there. Some good, others not so much. How-ever, the charges can get a little high for these aftermarket guides.
Check out Alibris: Used Books, Used Textbooks, Rare & Out-of-Print Books and type in your camera name and model in the search engine. You might be very surprised.
I picked up the Nikon D70 Field Guide for 99 cents plus shipping!
all told, the total was just over $5.00
I do not need perfect books. As long as the letters aren't falling out, I can pretty much
work with it.
Just as an aside. I am NOT affiliated in any way with Alibris.com, other than being a satisfied customer.
Hope this helps.
