Most likely, though I haven't seen anyone fishing there. There are other ponds nearby with similar wooden jetties where you pay to catch fish. This one looks very dilapidated. For the second and third picture I walked onto the jetty you can see in the first picture. With my camera and tripod. It was a bit wobbly.
