My grandfather had lots of fruit trees and he always got mad that we ate all his apricots before he got any.

I like Thai food and so, have a Kaffir Lime tree growing in the back garden. Whilst I use the leaves more than the fruit, the fruit skin can be grated into a stir fry or a green curry, along with the thinly sliced leaves.
