Here's the pop-up softbox (Neewer) I have with a sample image that needed a bit more effort. A trial at best. Light source was just the ambient light coming through the windows into the room.

NEEWER PHOTOGRAPHY TENT SOFTBOX KIT - neewer

Has this front with slit to shoot through seemed to help with reflections on the shiny subject.

Upon processing I discovered the shadow. I reckon more light must have been coming from behind.
