Finally got 1 of my nemesis birds

The belted Kingfisher

Those birds are hard to shoot. I have a few blurred shots of them. Nice pictures.

Yep they are a PITA bird I found a spot with the perfect blind I used to hunt with a gun now just with the camera think that helped.
set my stool up in there and nothin knew I was there ducks within 10 feet herons the same andth kingfisher within 50' on her second favorite perch

I need a spot like that!

Those things would taunt me on the 4th hole every morning at my local club. If I wanted to drag the 150-500mm with me I'd have all the shots I wanted, but what I usually got was one diving into the pond somewhere in the middle of my tee shot. Buggers.
