Watch Nikon D5100 Video on computer live?

Can I be recording video on my Nikon D5100, and stream it to my computer and watch live? I don't need to edit the video in real time, I just need to be able to preview live video on my computer. I plan on sending it to a computer, then to a projector. I will be using it for school events, and we will have a mini version of a jumbo screen. Is this possible? I am using a Macbook Pro. THanks.

yes. there is a program called cinematographer Pro. http://www.controlmynikon.com/cinepro.html Check it out. It works well with the d7000, but the d5100 has some features disabled and doesn't display information correctly.
