You asked....then begged....
1. Your audio is bad, you sound like your in a cave. Use a shotgun mic on a boom (best) or a lav.
2. Your cuts are choppy. Learn the scripts (best) so no cuts or blend the transitions
3. The camera angle is weird, but that could be a creative choice. Talking heads should be "eye to eye" just like you would be talking to a live person. With the angle high it makes you look small and unimportant.
4. Your background is plain and boring.
Opt. 1: Use a green screen (super easy) and replace the background with clips of people playing PM and/or examples of recomendations your making (PM in the corner).
Opt. 2: Walk around a park and take a "selfe" video or get someone to shoot you, with people playing PM in the background.
5. Lighting is too dark and it's putting shadows on your face. Light up the scene. Stand in front of a window on a sunny day, add a light or two, use a on cameras LED light.
6. Your content is redundant and the video too long.
You spent 6+ minutes telling people,to "Talk about Pokemon in their videos" <- look I did it in less than a second. Seriously, it could have been cut to 60 second and covered everything.

All the extra equipment mentioned does not have to be expensive and most can be made yourself with things around the house. But Audio is KING! Get a good mic like a Rode ($99+) and use it on camera overhead attached to a pole, even a broomstick will work!
