"...if only they produced a body to match!". That's the point. It's just like with the Sony's and Panasonic's marketing, boasting of their (lousy performing) compacts and mega-zooms being equipped with Carl Zeiss or Leica lenses (and when you look at these compacts' photos, you realize that above 200 ISO human skin looks like a plastic mannequin's - no detail, no resolution, horribly suppressed noise in order to conceal the inferiority of the sensor)...

Lol, now don't sugar coat it! They should have at least used the sony 1" sensor in the V3, or built something better.

Exactly! Sony's made a real step up with it's RX1. Good sensor. Before that, with their HX series, it was a plain robbery (I remember hx9, a lousy compact with a silly Sony G lens, costing more than my 4/3 PEN with a kit lens)...
