Looks like this in taken in "Auto".You may want to open the shutter up more next time for better lighting. There also appears some yellow vignetting near the "Don't Walk" sign

Actually, this was shot at f8 and bulb setting; camera on a tripod with cable release, and a piece of cardboard to put over the lens as the street lights changed from one color to the next. just took a guess on exposure time fro different colors.
