Generally the same applies to video that would apply to taking a quality picture. Lighting, composition, and technique are all important factors in producing a quality video.
Can you be more specific or perhaps post an example of what you are experiencing? What settings are you currently using? It could be as simple as choosing the correct settings for your situation.

I know about lighting and all the other stuff that adds much to the video, but my quality is still not the same compared to other videos.
I'm using basic options ( i haven't touched anything ).
