OK...what exactly am I looking at here? Looks like a bunch of rocks in water. And what does the title refer to?

I think the title reflects the fact that you stare at it to see the details of the image without any real focal point. At first I was looking for something staring back at me, but that does not appear to be the point. Before I critique it, I'd like to know the Artist's intention.

A little man's face in the far right rock, natural optical illusion, see him ?

Took awhile but I found him..... If my hair was that bushy I would be frowning as well.

Big hair for sure lol
