d3100 and the use of NX2

As someone new to all this. I would be interested in peoples thoughts on using NX2. Is it any good? Is there better if so what, how does it compare to others. Are there any good guides anywhere?

Well, NX2 is a very good piece of software. Is it the best software around? I don't think so. But for a piece of software that come bundled with your camera, i don't think it can be beat. Personally, i would not go out there and invest hundreds of dollars in Adobe software before you know how to use NX2. Again, NX2 is a great piece of software and i am sure you will get many years of usage out of it. In regards to any sort of "guides", NX2 has a help guide and there is always YouTube.
