OOF background is harsh...probably because of the lighting...lens is sharp stopped down...I think you could have ISO'd it at 200, opened her up to f8 with a tiny bit slower shutter speed...maybe even 5.6 at 320 with 100 ISO...and the OOF might be a little smoother...it's alright but the tone is off and it appears to be a tiny bit overexposed to me because the highlights are burnt...

Try shooting some B&W stuff just a tad farther away and you will learn the secrets of this particular lens I bet...
