Excellent article, Mike. Hopefully it will explain why I use the word 'texture' when I critique a photo. I'm constantly looking for photos with texture, as they give it a look and feeling of substance. Excellent examples of texture can be found in Helene's photos in her albums. (OHKPhoto)
